Our Story
The Thriving Circle was founded in September 2024 out of a profound but straightforward conviction: no one should have to do life alone. Growth becomes easier, richer, and more sustainable when people rise together.
Our founder, Oyindamola David Ogundiran, had seen too many brilliant individuals struggle in silence — dreams fading for lack of the right support. With a background spanning Business Growth Consulting, Human Resources, and Community Development, he carried a lifelong passion for people and transformation.
What began as a small idea has evolved into a vibrant community of 2,000+ professionals across industries, united by a shared pursuit of growth, connection, and impact.
