Our Story
The Thriving Circle was founded in September 2024 out of a profound but straightforward conviction: growth is better when experienced together.
Our founder, Oyindamola David Ogundiran, observed that many talented individuals were navigating their personal and professional journeys without access to the right support systems, networks, or opportunities. With a background in Business Growth Consulting, Human Resources, Mass Communication, and community development, he created TTC as a platform where people could find connection, accountability, visibility, and opportunities.
What started as an idea has evolved into a thriving ecosystem of 4,000+ professionals across Africa and beyond, supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, and young leaders through intentional programs, learning experiences, and community initiatives.
